Over the 4-week workshop you will learn:

  • The process of how to paint an abstract painting- which will incorporate how to develop your own style that is unique to you.
  • Discussion about the blank canvas
  • We will discuss different mediums how and when to use them
  • Basics of colour theory to enhance your knowledge when choosing colours
  • How to mix colours
  • Layering to create interest and depth
  • Feedback on the piece you are working on
  • Questions and answer period
  • We are going to have fun and maybe even form new friendships in the process!

Making art is always more fun when we can do it together, especially now with our current Covid-19 situation.  Since all my in-person art shows have been cancelled this summer, there is no time like the present to start something new. If you have always wanted to paint abstracts, need to socialize safely, or want something fun to do, then come join me for a quaint get together paint session.
